Formwork Engineer

Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the engineering team and project managers
  • Calculate the required number of molds used in construction
  • Study the market, purchase and manage the appropriate number of molds
  • Follow the construction process

Required qualifications:

  • Higher engineering education, education in other related fields will be considered as an advantage (Civil Engineering)
  • Proven experience in concrete works, construction of roads and buildings
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel programs
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and Armenian, good knowledge of English
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Required candidate level: Mid-level

Construction Project Manager Assistant

Job responsibilities:

  • Reports preparation
  • Calculation of accomplished works and document processing
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Prepare and submit project estimates and reports to clients

Supervisor to Construction Works (Foreman)

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher technical education

Tender Specialist

Job responsibilities:

  • Research and reveal tender announcements relevant to the company’s profile
  • Conduct the specific tender based documentation research
  • Prepare the necessary documents for the submission
  • Strongly collaborate with all the units and departments of the company to collect the necessary data.

Required qualifications:

  • Higher education in Economics or Engineering is preferable
  • At least 2-year of work experience in the related field

Construction Project Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education in legal or engineering field
  •  In-depth understanding of project management principles
  • Proven experience as construction project manager is preferable
  •  PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the client from the start to the end to ensure the correct implementation of the project
  • Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Collaborate with the architect and construction crew to ensure feasibility of each project
  • Conduct meetings on-site with architect, client and construction crew
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Prepare and submit project estimates and reports to clients
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines
